1. What is the warranty coverage on all YOSHIMASA products?

Solid Door Units, Sandwich Prep Tables, and Under Counter Units come with a 2 years parts & labor, 5 years on compressor. Glass Door Units and Chest Freezers come with a 1 year parts & labor, 5 years on compressor. Sushi Cases and Bull Safes come with a 90 day parts warranty. Warranties are valid only in the USA. (Please refer to the Warranty Claims Policy). 
 

2. How often should I clean the condenser on my Blue Air product?

You must clean the condenser every 3-4 months. This is your responsibility and part of basic maintenance. Unit failure due to lack of maintenance is not covered in the warranty. (Please refer to Warranty Claims Policy and Sales Terms & Conditions).
 

3. How do I clean the condenser?

First you must remove the grill located at the bottom of the unit (4 screws). Simply brush any dust or lint away lightly or use a vacuum cleaner. Then replace the grill.
 

4. Why is my unit not completely cooling in my kitchen?

The surrounding area should not exceed 80? degrees. The compressor with have more of a difficult time to cool the unit. Also do not place the unit too close to a warm appliance. 
 

5. My unit just all of a sudden stopped working. What do I do?

Before you make a service call first check to see if the power switch is on and the unit is plugged in. Also check to see if the breaker is on. Always remember to NEVER use extension cords!
 

6. Where are the model and the serial numbers located in my unit?

They are located in the upper front left side corner.
 

7. How much money will I spend on electricity per year with this unit?

Find out how many watts are used for your unit and call your local electric company. They should be able to calculate the approximate amount that you will spend for that year.
 

8. How many watts does my unit use?

Multiply the total amount of amperage by the total amount of voltage. (Refer to the specifications under â€Products†on the YOSHIMASA USA web page).
 

9. I received my product damaged. What should I do?

Refer to the Sales Terms & Conditions. Please do not send the product back to us until we give you permission to do so!
 

10. How do I register my YOSHIMASA product for warranty coverage?

You can either complete the warranty card that is issued with the unit and return it within 12 (twelve) days from the date of installation or you can register at this website under â€Warrantyâ€.
 

11. Who do I call if I need service on my YOSHIMASA product?

You can either call us at our toll free number (1-800-789-9835) or you can call the location of which your unit was purchased.
 

12. Which units are ETL and NSF certified?

All Stainless Solid Reach-ins, Glass Door Units, Sushi Cases, Equipment Stands, Wall Shelves, Sinks, and Work Tables are NSF certified.  All Chest Freezers, Sandwich Prep Tables, and Under Counter Units are ETL certified.
