Roll Press
After the vegetables have been blanched, one must remove most of the water to create egg roll filling. This machine squeezes water from parcooked vegatables leaving a pulp that is combined with other ingredients. The vegetables are
placed in the hardwood basket and the wood blocks are placed on top. The
handle is inserted into the rachet at the top of the shaft and the wood
blocks put pressure onto the vegetables below. Water is squeezed out and
drains between the slats. The basket can be opened and the vegetable pulp
removed.
